We accept all major Debit & Credit Cards, UPI, Net-banking and Digital Wallets.

Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders that include physical products. Please note that COD is not available for our digital gift cards, as they are delivered electronically.

T-Shirts: Our T-shirts follow a relaxed fit throughout the collection unless stated otherwise. This is our signature Zerodays fit and we recommend going through our size chart carefully for you to get the signature Zerodays look. 
However, if you would like an oversized fit, please go for a size up. 

Shorts: Our ‘ZERO’ shorts offer a relaxed fit with an elastic waistband and a flat internal drawcord for an adjustable fit.

Shirts:Our shirts follow a relaxed fit unless stated otherwise. This is our signature Zerodays fit and we recommend going through our size chart carefully for you to get the signature Zerodays look. 
However, if you would like an oversized fit, please go for a size up.

We advise you to follow these simple steps to find your right size:

Measure Yourself: Use a measuring tape to take your measurements.

Check Our Size Chart: Compare your measurements with our detailed size chart, available on each product page. This will help you determine which size will fit you best.

If your measurements are between sizes, we recommend sizing up to ensure a more comfortable fit.

If you're still unsure, please feel free to contact us via email (help@zerodays.co.in) and we’ll assist you with finding your perfect size.

To ensure that your garments last longer, we recommend you follow the washing instructions on the label stitched onto the garments.

Care instructions are provided on each product page and on the care label of the item. Generally, we recommend washing in cold water and air drying to extend the life of your products.

If a product or size is out of stock, you can request an update by clicking the "Restock Notification" button on the product page. Simply input your email ID and select the size you want. When the item is restocked, you'll receive an email notification.

The free accessories are included as part of the item order and need to be returned along with the originally delivered product.

Digital Gift Cards purchased from our website are valid for a year from the date of purchase.

Even though this rarely occurs, mistakes can happen; hence, you might have received the wrong product. In this case, please contact us at help@zerodays.co.in with # order number in the subject line and we will resolve the issue for you.

All online orders are shipped from our fulfilment centre located in Mumbai.

All Orders Ship within 24 hours (Monday - Friday)

For Mumbai orders estimated delivery timeline is 1-2 business days.
Free Shipping: Delivery within 7 business days after it's shipped.
Express Shipping: Delivery within 3 business days after it's shipped.

Note: During times of high demand, shipping timeline might take longer than usual.

Yes, product returns are accepted. If you wish to return your product you will have 7 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s). If your return/exchange request is accepted, the pick-up of your item(s) will be arranged by us. To avoid the hassle of returns/exchanges we advise you to carefully go through our size chart before placing your order. Please Note: Product return requests will not be considered if 7 days have gone by since the date of delivery of the respective item(s).

You can exchange/return your product under the following circumstances:

  1. THE PRODUCT DOES NOT FIT;
  2.  BOTH THE PRODUCT AND SHIPPING PACKAGE HAVE BEEN DAMAGED;
  3. THE PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE;
  4. PARTS OF THE PRODUCT OR ACCESSORY IS MISSING;
  5. THE PRODUCT IS NOT WHAT YOU ORDERED;
  6. YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE.

We allow up to 7 days from your date of delivery to request a return/exchange.

No, we do not charge any fees for processing returns or exchanges. If your return/exchange request is accepted, the pick-up of your item(s) will be arranged by us. To return your order, please send us a mail on help@zerodays.co.in with your order number, order details and the reason for return. Please mark the subject line of the mail as “Return # Order Number”.

To exchange your order, please send us a mail on help@zerodays.co.in with your order number, order details and the reason for exchange. Please mark the subject line of the mail as “Exchange # Order Number”.

Yes, a return can be created at an item level.To return an item in your order, send us a mail on help@zerodays.co.in with your order number, order details and the reason for return. Please mark the subject line of the mail as “Return # Order Number”.

Once we have received the returned item, we will send out an email confirming that the exchange will be processed within the next 7-10 business days.

No Issues. After you have checked that your size for the product you want is available on our website; you can reach out to us on our Instagram (@zerodays.in). We will connect with you and help fulfil your order from there after we receive all the necessary shipping details from you.

Cancellation requests will be accepted only if the request is made within 1 hour of placing the order. No Cancellation requests are accepted post 1 hour of placing the order. To cancel your order, send us a mail on help@zerodays.co.in with your order number, order details and the reason for cancellation. Please mark the subject line of the mail as “Cancel # Order Number”.

Unfortunately, we are unable to amend any details or addresses on orders once you’ve received an order confirmation email.

We advise having your order delivered to a place where someone will be there to accept it. Upon failing the first attempt of delivery, our couriers will re-attempt the delivery one more time to the same address until they return the order back to the origin (RTO). To avoid an RTO, please reach out to us at help@zerodays.co.in with your # order number in the subject line, and we will hold your shipment until you tell us you will be available at the given address to collect your order again.

Pre-ordered products cannot be canceled once placed and are not eligible for return/refund/exchange.

An email will be sent to you confirming your order. Please check your spam folder in the off chance that our email was redirected there.

You may have not received your order within the estimated time provided to you. Delivery times can sometimes vary due to logistics issues out of our control.

We advise you to please check the following before contacting our customer service team:

  • Check if you have received an email confirming your order has been dispatched.
  • Check the tracking information that is included in your dispatch confirmation email using the relevant link.
  • Check for emails or phone calls from one of the couriers, your parcel may be out for delivery again if the first attempt was unsuccessful.
  • Check that nobody at your address has taken the delivery on your behalf. Although our couriers should not leave your parcel with a neighbour it's always worth checking with your neighbour just in case.
